Matassa Construction will represent the Owner for the design and/or construction of the project. This is accomplished by using internal and external design resources depending on the project type and owner preferences. The CM establishes and evaluates the project budget and schedule, providing real-time information to the owner. The construction manager reviews and coordinates the bid package, oversees all bidding, writes the contracts for the owner, manages procurement of material and supplies, coordinates work of all trade contractors, assures conformance to design requirements, provides current cost and progress information as the work proceeds, and performs other construction-related services as required by the owner. Over the years, we have established a management style that is aggressive as well as diversified. With our knowledge and experience, we can anticipate and value engineer solutions before they can adversely affect a project.
